American property records are public, comprehensive, and effectively unreadable at scale. Ownership, tax, lien, and sale data sit across thousands of county systems with no shared format, schema, or release cadence.
Parcex ingests that data, resolves it to the parcel, and maintains it as a continuously updated model of American real estate. Source material arrives as structured exports, HTML tables, scanned PDFs, and in some jurisdictions, hand-kept logs. Each is normalized into a single parcel-level schema before it enters the model.
